Eliason and TKS Motorsports shake the rust; Cotton Bowl Speedway on deck

MITCHELLVILLE, Iowa (March 17, 2025) - The 2025 season has finally activated for TKS Motorsports and wheelman Cory Eliason, joining the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series in their two-day Cowtown Classic at Kennedale Speedway Park in Kennedale, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, March 14-15.
Although the team was short of their ultimate goal, scoring back-to-back 18th-place finishes, it was a great weekend to shake some rust, already aiming big in another Lone Star State doubleheader at Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, March 21-22.
“Feels good to get things underway with TKS Motorsports. Tammy and Troy Renfro are extremely dedicated, so to have the opportunity to drive for them in 2025 is really special,” Eliason was quick to mention. “We didn’t have the start we had hoped for from a statistical standpoint, but we put a lot of notes together and we’re quickly developing a comfort level. We’ll work to put it all together this weekend at Cotton Bowl.”
ON DECK:
TKS Motorsports and Cory Eliason will continue their 2025 campaign with another two-day WoO stop in Texas, this time visiting Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, March 21-22.
